Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags and protective stickers attached

  • The size received is different from the size you ordered

  • Timings: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Once approved by our support team, please send the item to:
First Floor, Plot C-12, Sector 6-F, Mehran Town, Korangi, Karachi.

Please Note

  • If the item was delivered correctly but you wish to return it due to personal preference or a mistaken order, returns are accepted within 7–10 working days only.

  • In such cases, return courier charges and re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

  • You may also exchange or request a refund at any Al-Deebaj outlet.
