Service was very good previously, both online and in-store. Now, there's a size issue online - the size mentioned isn't available, they send old stock. There are many other issues. I've been a customer for 3 years, used to order online, but due to problems, I started buying from the store (Karachi branch). The staff there is very rude and doesn't understand anything. There's one guy named Yahya, he talks very badly every time. I even referenced Waleed brother last night. I've spoken to him 3 times in the last 3 months, and his attitude has always been like this.
