⭐ Very Disappointing Experience with Deebaj — Not Recommended
I have ordered from Deebaj twice, and unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing.
Both times, I did not receive my required order within the expected time. Their order handling and delivery service need significant improvement.
Another major concern is the product presentation on the website. A dupatta was clearly shown in the product pictures, but it was not included with the actual order. If a dupatta or any other item displayed in the pictures is not part of the package, this should be stated clearly and prominently in the product description so customers are not misled or left with different expectations.
The customer service response was also unsatisfactory, and splitting orders/deliveries further complicated the overall experience.
After ordering twice and facing issues both times, I cannot recommend Deebaj based on my experience.
Overall: Poor order management, unclear product presentation, delayed fulfillment, and unsatisfactory customer service.
